To Be Yours Again By Taylor Chapter 731-Come with Me if You're Willing "You plan to continue living aimlessly like this without a penny to your name?"

Jenny asked.

Realizing how bad that sounded, Melissa gave an awkward smile. "I can't exactly do anything else, can I?’ "You have good martial arts skills," Jenny suggested, to which Melissa gave a weak shrug.

"So what? People still won't hire me."

"You could come work for me." That was the point of all this, really.

Melissa gazed at her in surprise. "Work for you? As what? Your bodyguard?"

Maybe it might not be such a bad idea…

But wait, why would Jenny need a bodyguard if she was already capable of defending herself?

Sure enough, Jenny shook her head. "I don't need one." She really didn't, nor did she like the idea of having someone following her around 24/7.

"Oh. Then what's my job? I don't know much besides how to fight." If only she could be Jenny's bodyguard, Melissa thought dejectedly.

"If you're willing to learn, you'll know more in time," Jenny continued. "I can educate and train you, so long as you're willing."

She hadn't found a suitable person to help Alfred with his bar yet, up until now.

With Melissa's skills, she would be able to take care of any rowdier patrons.

Melissa hesitated. "What if I don't learn well?"

"No such thing. It all comes down to your dedication." It was just bartending and managing other small things like stocking. Melissa wouldn't even be doing it alone.

Her silence began to upset Jenny. "Aren't you going to take this opportunity? Is this what you've been like all these years? No wonder you are where you are today."

As harsh as she might sound, it was intended to prod Melissa until she accepted the offer.

"But-"

"No more buts. Just give me a simple yes or no right now. Come with me if you're willing and do what I tell you to do, or you can leave right now, and this opportunity will never come up again," Jenny cut her off.

They had no relations in any way. All Jenny was looking for was a candidate for the position, while Melissa just so happened to be in need of a job. If she accepted it, it'd be a win-win situation, but if not, Jenny would just go and find someone else to step into the role.

It seemed like Jenny’s prodding actually worked. Melissa exclaimed," Alright, fine!"

She wasn't scared but more concerned she'd be a nuisance for her benefactor.

"Good." Jenny nodded, pleased. With a smile, she pushed the menu to Melissa again. "You can still order if you're hungry."

She had always been a generous employer to her staff.

Melissa found this change hard to cope with, though she didn't shy away from her desires. "Can we go sightseeing in the city? I've yet to visit all those landmarks."

She had no money to tame her stomach with the food she might spot outdoors.

But things were different now that she was employed.

"Alright." Jenny nodded. After paying the bill, she drove Melissa around the city, enjoying its nightlife and incredible street food until Melissa had eaten her fill.

To Be Yours Again By Taylor Chapter 732-You're the One Begging Jenny brought Melissa to Alfred, arranging a place to stay for her before finally going back to Walter Castle. It was past midnight when she reached home.

Graham had long gone to bed, yet Rowena was still in the living room.

The woman opened her eyes when Jenny came in through the door. "What took you so long? You're not indulging in your filthy desires, are you?’ "Is that envy I hear?" Jenny cackled. "If you want to 'indulge' yourself so much, why don't you just divorce my father? No one would stop you then."

Divorce? Rowena's eyes bugged out in shock.

She went up to Jenny and said, "How could you say that? You can't tear this marriage apart!"

"Why can't I?" Jenny shot back. It wasn't like they were good for each other.

Why keep up the act for so long?

Rowena held back the urge to slap Jenny. ”1 hope you don't utter this nonsense in front of your father. He's past his youth now. Do you really want him to spend the rest of his days alone?"

"How do you know he'll be spending those days alone? With his status and influence, women would line up just to meet him." And they'd all be better women than Rowena, too, Jenny thought.

Rowena gritted her teeth. "Do you really want to tear this family apart, Jenny Walter?"

Jenny shrugged. "Yeah. So?"

"You!" Rowena yelled, then controlled herself. Jenny, on the other hand, was completely unfazed.

Rowena swiftly cooled down, then said, "Don't you want to know where your mother is?"

The moment she said this, Jenny stiffened up. "What do you mean?"

"I mean, I know where your mother is: I have her," Rowena hissed.

It made Jenny frown. "Isn't she dead?"

"She isn't. I was the one who sent men to capture her. She's been alive and well all these years, minus the well, of course," Rowena sneered.

Her delight grew when she saw a hint of fear in Jenny's expression. "If you want her to stay alive, you better plan your next move carefully."

"What do you want, Rowena?" Jenny asked seriously.

As if waiting her entire life for this question, Rowena heaved a great sigh." Tell your father and James Windsor to stop coming after the Glasses."

Jenny had already expected this answer. "Okay, but why should I believe you?

What proof do you have that my mother is still alive?"

Rowena swiftly took out some photos from her purse. "See for yourself."

Jenny peered at the photos. They were of a woman with her wrists tied together with rope. Jenny recognized her face as her mother's from the photos she'd seen from Graham.

But she couldn't help but find something off about the photo.

"I'll talk to them. You will release my mother once they stop their plans."

Rowena smirked. "Get this right, Jenny. You're the one begging right now, not the other way around. So you don't get to negotiate terms with me unless you want to see her have a quick death."

Jenny replied hesitantly, "Alright. I'll do as you say."

To Be Yours Again By Taylor Chapter 733-It's Not Her!

Jenny sat in front of her desktop in her room, awaiting a response from Zack online. She had sent him the photos of her mother, needing him to check if they were edited.

Zack swiftly replied, "No, they're not."

Now Jenny was really starting to worry. Was her mother really at Rowena's mercy? Then why only play this card now? Isn’t it a little too late for this move?

Plus, that woman in the photo…though she did resemble Jenny's mother, she still found it odd. She didn't feel a connection to that woman. Still, she didn't want to risk it if it really was her mother.

Jenny would have to ascertain this information with Graham first thing in the morning. If it was true and Rowena had her mother captive, they'd do whatever it took to rescue her.

In truth, Jenny preferred her mother being missing rather than being held captive by Rowena. At least that meant she wouldn't have been submitted to years of captivity.

Jenny also couldn't begin to fathom how terrible Rowena would've treated her mother all those years.

She didn't have a good sleep that night, having recurring dreams of her mother being locked away in a dark, small room for days on end.

When Jenny woke up the following day, she gasped in fright from the dream.

She went to wash up, then left her room. Graham was up as well, being a passionate workaholic himself.

"Morning, Jenny,’ he greeted, slightly surprised she was up that early."

Why're you up so early? There's still a few hours until you have to go to work."

"I can't sleep," Jenny replied lightly, then eyed Rowena's room door before saying, "I need to talk to you. In your study."

Her serious expression invited Graham to feel the same. They soon entered his study, where Jenny then gave Graham a bunch of photos." Look.’ When Graham saw them, he stood up from his chair in disbelief. "These…"

He glanced at the photos, then at Jenny, silently asking what the hell was going on?

"Rowena gave these to me yesterday, claiming she's holding Mom captive, "

Jenny explained.

Graham frowned, peering at the photos again. "She what? But the people who took her away those years ago were her relatives, nothing to do with Rowena…"

If it really had been Rowena's men, Jenny's mother wouldn't have left with them, not willingly, anyway.

"I know, but how do we make sense of these photos then? I've had someone check 'em, and they're not edited at all."

Graham sat back down in his chair. "I'll take a closer look."

He then silently examined the photos, Jenny obediently waiting beside him. Her father knew her mother more than she did, so only he could tell the similarities or differences.

She silently prayed for a miracle that her mother wasn't actually being held captive by Rowena.

After what felt like years, Graham suddenly exclaimed, "It's not her!"

Jenny immediately leaned close to his side. "What? That's not Mom?"

To Be Yours Again By Taylor Chapter 734-I Never Expected This "Nope!" Graham shook his head confidently. "She looks exactly like your mother, except for her eyes. They're not your mother’s eyes.” He then gazed at one of the photos.1 Plus, your mother has this mole on her neck. It's so small that only those intimately close to her can spot it…"

Graham hadn't noticed it at the start, but only after finding the woman in the photo very odd did he start paying attention to the details, thus concluding that the woman wasn't his loved one.

Jenny sighed in relief. ’Rowena must've really cranked her brains to come up with this."

If they had believed her trick, they would have immediately stopped everything they were doing against the Glasses, thus falling into their hands. Thank goodness Graham knew her mother well enough to spot a fake.

"That horrible woman. I can't believe she'd think to use this against us!" Graham growled angrily. Rowena had actually plotted to use the woman he loved the most to hold him ransom!

Jenny hurriedly calmed him down. "It's alright now. All that matters is we didn't fall for her tricks."

"We can overlook this for the time being. As for our moves against the Glasses —I'll make sure to speed things up." Graham decided he couldn't take his sweet time anymore. Who knows what the Glasses might come up with the longer they were allowed to breathe?

What if they tried to do something to Jenny?

Jenny nodded. "I'll head to work then. Be careful, Dad."

She left for the hospital after having a light breakfast, leaving Graham in his study. He stayed there for a good long while before finally leaving, meeting Rowena on the way out.

Fear flashed in her eyes before it quickly disappeared. What was there to be scared of still? She had a strong card to play anyway.

"Good morning," she greeted Graham, meeting his gaze.

"Did you give these to Jenny?" He tossed the photos to Rowena.

Having anticipated this since last night, she'd prepared a response. "Yes, I did.

I'm sure she's told you everything."

There was no reason to keep things courteous any longer. Their relationship had long flushed down the drain anyway.

Graham nodded, grumbling through gritted teeth, "I never expected such tenacity from you."

"I wouldn't have done this if you hadn't forced my hand." Rowena didn't feel like she'd done anything wrong. She couldn't just leave her own family in the lurch.

In fact, she was the one who had suggested this trick to her family, who quickly found a suitable candidate to play the part of Jenny's mother.

With a cold snort, Graham went downstairs.

Rowena went after him, asking, "Jenny told you of our conditions too, I'm guessing. So when do you plan to stop attacking us?’ "What're you in a rush for? Even if I'm willing to stop, you think James will let this go so easily?" Graham sneered, not revealing the truth to Rowena.

It would do their families some good to have the Glasses relaxed and unprepared for a couple days so they could continue their next series of attacks.

To Be Yours Again By Taylor Chapter 735-Do You Really Take Yourself for My Fiancde?

Even though Rowena knew this, she could only force Graham to take action. "I don't care what you do, but if you don't get him to stop within three days, we will take action!’’ Graham eyed her coldly before leaving the house, much to Rowena's dismay.

Shouldn't he be begging her to have mercy on Jenny’s mother? Not be this…

cold and uncaring.

Had he actually stopped loving her after all these years?

What should've been good news to Rowena as Graham's wife was now conflicting because that meant Graham and James might just continue attacking them, disregarding that woman.

Rowena was suddenly at a loss of what to think or feel.

Meanwhile, James was just walking downstairs in his villa when Jolene plated breakfast on the dining table.

She had been forced to learn how to cook these days, refining and perfecting her skills just so she could appeal to James' appetite. Of course, they had significantly improved after James' constant criticism and picking, so now her cooking was of fair, home-cooked quality.

"Steak sandwiches again? Is that all you know what to make?" James criticized.

It was something that Jolene had grown used to all these weeks living with him.

She'd have apologized and gone to make something different in the past. But today, she went into the kitchen and brought out several more plates of food.

"What are you craving? I made scrambled eggs and sausages, pancakes and bacon, muesli, chicken Caesar salad…"

James hid his surprise, scoffing, "What, no baked beans on toast?” Jolene blinked in surprise and nodded. "I'll make some right away.” Annoyed, James grunted, "Ugh, just stop. I don't have time to wait for you to cook."

To which he was met with silence.

James sat down and instantly dove into the steak sandwiches. Just because he picked on Jolene didn't mean he actually didn't want to eat them. Jolene knew this, too, though James didn't care that she did.

Seeing her still standing to the side, he muttered, "The hell are you still here for?

Go do whatever you have to do."

“Eyesore," he thought.

"James…” Jolene began, immediately getting a cold glare from the man. She swiftly changed her words up. 'Mr. Windsor."

Only then did James reply lazily, "Yes?"

"Can you…stop attacking the Glasses, please?" Jolene asked sheepishly, though she knew she had no right to ask. Still, she couldn't just sit by and watch her mother's family die off. Rowena would be left with no one to support her if the Glasses actually collapsed.

James nearly guffawed. "No wonder you made so much food. You were waiting for your chance to ask that, weren't you?"

Jolene said nothing, silently affirming his suspicions.

"Do you really take yourself for my fiancee, Jolene Walter? Butting into my affairs whenever you feel like it?" James sneered. Was Jolene so dense?

Jolene's expression turned frightened and sad at the same time. She'd thought herself numb to all his jabs these past weeks, but it turned out she could still feel immensely wounded by his words.

To Be Yours Again By Taylor Chapter 736-6 How Generous of You Jolene remained still, biting her lip and holding back her tears. The sight of her infuriated James. 'The hell does the Glass family have to do with you, huh? It's not like they've ever helped you with anything."

“My uncle and cousin are my family too,’ Jolene responded. They were her relatives, so they had everything to do with her!

James scoffed. "Sure. But do they feel the same about you?"

He was pretty sure the Glasses thought of Rowena and Jolene as pawns to exercise their bidding, easily tossed away at a moment's notice.

Evidently, Jolene hadn't thought about that. "Of course they do. We're family."

James sneered, shaking his head at how foolish she was. He set down his silverware and said sternly, "Stay out of what doesn't concern you, understand?"

"Mr. Windsor…" Jolene tried again, but James instantly turned and left the house.

She sighed in place, having expected it already.

Nearly every single layer of her pride had been stripped off throughout her days in this house. She was no longer that selfish, childish girl she was before. In fact, she had been humbled deeply by her stay.

As much as Jolene never anticipated that to be the outcome of her actions, there was no one to blame except herself.

Jenny hadn't received many patients in her first few days of work at Bardoff Hospital, given she was relatively green in reputation here. But she wasn't worried. She was confident in her skills and knew recognition would come eventually.

In the evening, just when she was about to clock off, Derrick appeared in her doorway.

"Hey, you better not go back on your word about dinner, Jenny," he chirped.

Jenny blanched, just wanting to get this over with. "Of course, I won't. We can head for dinner now if you want to."

Derrick nodded. "Alright. Let's go then."

He followed behind Jenny as she led the way, not asking where they were heading for dinner. It didn't matter to him so long as they could spend time alone.

Still, the sight of the hospital cafeteria did jar him somewhat.

"This is where you mean to have dinner?" Derrick asked incredulously.

Jenny nodded, getting her ID out. "Yeah. Get anything you want. I'll pay for it."

"How generous of you," Derrick silently thought.

"Uh…why don’t I buy you dinner instead? I know a nice steakhouse nearby," he suggested. No way could he spend time alone with Jenny with so many people around.

Jenny shook her head, already getting a tray for food. "I like the hospital's food."

She was doing her best to kill his attempts at getting them alone. It's not like she was blind to his intentions. After tonight's dinner, she no longer wanted anything to do with this man.

Derrick was left to glumly get some food, though his appetite had long fizzled out.

When they sat down to eat, McKenna came over to Derrick's side and snapped, "So this is the woman you left me for, Derrick?"

Her eyes glared at Jenny all the while.

To Be Yours Again By Taylor Chapter 737-What Does That Have to Do with Me?

Jenny frowned, immediately realizing what a big mistake having this meal in the cafeteria was.

"Stop that nonsense! I have never been with you in the first place!" Derrick hurriedly exclaimed, worried Jenny might misunderstand.

Further angered by this statement, McKenna yelled, "We weren't together because I hadn't agreed to be with you yet!"

She was entirely outraged by the fact that Derrick could easily drop his pursuit of her.

"I'm sorry if my actions previously came across as being romantically interested in you, McKenna, but I truly do just see you as a sister?" Derrick explained, trying to sound sincere.

McKenna gritted her teeth. "Don't call me that, you asshole!"

"Please just stop coming onto me, won't you, McKenna? This is pointless!" Right now, Derrick was terrified of his image crumbling in Jenny's eyes, so he was doing all he could to handle the situation.

Unbeknownst to him, Jenny didn't care whatsoever. She hurriedly finished her food, longing to leave at the very next second. Who was interested in dating Derrick Clearwater? Not her.

"I'm coming onto you?" McKenna gaped, pointing at herself in shock. Their commotion had long drawn several curious eyes from across the cafeteria.

Derrick was actually known to be quite frivolous with his female coworkers in the hospital. However, because he had never suggested romancing anyone besides McKenna, none of them could say or do anything.

That was also why McKenna dared to come to him for an explanation.

Derrick was deeply regretting his choices now, cursing himself for having wanted to date this woman in the first place. He wouldn't have if it weren't for her father's status!

Comparatively, Jenny was the bigger fish.

He sobered up at the thought, feeling the need to clear the air with Jenny.

"I'll repeat myself again, McKenna. No matter what misunderstandings you've had about me in the past, I want you to know now that I have no romantic intentions. Please stop this from now on. I don't want us to have this unnecessary conflict anymore," he said sternly as if McKenna was the troublemaker here.

McKenna was practically steaming out her ears. She glared at Jenny. "Are your tastes this shallow?"

Jenny shrugged. "You misunderstand. He's just someone I know from college."

"Someone you know from college? Hah!" McKenna didn't buy that one bit.

Jenny didn't bother wasting her time explaining. No one in their right mind would be attracted to someone like Derrick.

"You're crossing the line, McKenna!" Derrick yelled. The conversation wouldn't end well if it continued.

Red with anger, McKenna stormed out of the cafeteria, leaving a wake of eyes in her direction.

Jenny glanced at her fading silhouette, sighing to herself, "Is this man even worth getting this upset over?"

Derrick suddenly said, "Please don't listen to her, Jenny. I swear we have nothing to do with each other."

"Oh?" Jenny set down her silverware. "But what does that have to do with me?"

It wasn't like she cared. Even this meal was just a way to placate Derrick. Now that she had finished her food, she was ready to leave.

'TH be leaving first." She turned and walked out, not even saying goodbye.

Good riddance, more like.

To Be Yours Again By Taylor Chapter 738-I Really Don't Care Derrick hurriedly went after her. 'Jenny, there really is nothing going on between McKenna and me."

The more he tried to explain, the more Jenny wanted to roll her eyes. She really didn't give two shits about those two.

Derrick followed her all the way to the hospital entrance, never once leaving Jenny alone.

She finally stopped and turned to him, saying, "I'm sorry, but I really don't care what happens between you two. Nor do you have to keep on whining about it in my ear. It's not like we're friends."

"I actually did want to tell you something related to that, Jenny," Derrick quickly cut in, knowing things couldn't continue that way anymore. He tried to catch her gaze, though all he saw in her eyes was distaste and irritation.

After a moment's preparation, he said, "Jenny, I've had feelings for you since that gathering in Parrington.’ Oh? The one where he mocked her about her job in Parrington Hospital?

As if reading her mind, Derrick added, "What I said back then.Jt was an attempt to get your attention, is all. I reflected on my choice of words back then and realized what I said was really hurtful. So I apologize. You don't have to be my girlfriend right away, but I truly do hope you can at least give me a chance."

If it weren't for Jenny already seeing this man for who he really was, she might've actually believed him. Heck, even his tonal inflection and gaze were colored with sincerity.

"Are you finished?" Jenny asked.

Derrick nodded, his heart in his throat.

"I don't care what you feel for me because, frankly, I don't feel the same way.

That never has and never will change," Jenny said.

She hadn't intended her response to be so sharp, but if she didn't word it this way, there was no telling what Derrick might continue doing. They still worked together in the same hospital, after all. She couldn't just keep on tolerating his behavior.

Derrick's expression wasn't looking that good from the rejection. "Not even a chance, Jenny?"

He was an attractive man with a decent career, and though he likely earned less than what Jenny had, it's not like he had married before. To him, a person's status differed drastically when it came to whether they had married before. In fact, he even thought of himself as lowering his standards just by wanting to pursue a once-married woman like Jenny.

"Sorry, no."

Derrick's expression grew uglier by the second. Jenny wasn't helping his pride whatsoever.

Still, he stopped himself from having an outburst. With a smile, he said," That's alright then. I won't give up that easily.’ Jenny nearly rolled her eyes. Before she could say anything else. Derrick turned and left as if his pride couldn't handle any further rejection.

Jenny clutched her head and sighed. "Won't give up, huh?" Looked like she'd have one more pain in the ass to worry about.

Just then, a familiar figure appeared at the hospital entrance.

Alec? Had he flown back from Parrington?

Jenny's first reaction was wondering if he’d overheard her conversation with Derrick Clearwater.

"Miss Walter sure does have her fair share of admirers. This has been how much now? The 20th?" Alec jeered, walking her way.

To Be Yours Again By Taylor Chapter 739-Done with All This Jenny instantly knew Alec had heard her conversation with Derrick. With a cold side-eye, she said, "It can't be helped. I'm too attractive."

Alec sneered. "Attractive? You don't think attracting flies like that man is something to be proud of, are you?"

Jenny's expression faltered just the slightest. ’Mr. Clearwater might not be a good man, but you're no saint either, Mr. Faust."

She had given up trying to reconnect with Alec ever since he cut her off when she sought him out to explain what happened before he lost his memories. Even now, she turned away from him.

For some reason, Alec didn't like that. He followed behind her. "I have a deal to make with the Walters.’ "You should speak to my father then," Jenny tossed at him, heading to her car.

"But you were the person I dealt with about this before," Alec frowned, not liking the Graham card Jenny was using.

Jenny sighed. "Don't worry. I've explained everything to him, so it'll make no difference whether you deal with him or me.’ "What if I want to settle this with just you?" Alec asked, surprised that he would even ask that in the first place.

Jenny was just as surprised. She tilted her head curiously. "Why? My father's much more experienced than I am.' "I…I don't trust anyone else."

Jenny huffed a laugh upon hearing that. "You really don't have to worry, Mr.

Faust. We Walters always keep our word and our secrets. Plus, didn't you say it's best we keep a distance from one another? In that case, wouldn't my father be the best candidate for your business deal?' Without waiting for a response, Jenny started her car and drove off, leaving Alec to stare at its figure, which soon faded into the distant traffic.

For some reason, his emotions were in turmoil. Yes, he did say to keep a distance from Jenny and intended to do so, but it…

…it felt terrible, and he didn't know why.

All he could do was blame it on the memory loss.

He then made a phone call. "Find me the best neurologists worldwide, ASAP."

Alec had come to Bardoff Hospital to find a way to solve his memory loss from the accident, but even they couldn't come up with a proper solution, so he could only turn his eyes to the international sphere.

Meanwhile, Jenny was clueless as to this. She was currently cussing him out.

"First, he says to stay away from him, and now he wants to settle a business deal with her. Did he take her for some idiot he could fool around with?"

Jenny was done with all this. If Alec wanted to work out something with her family, he could always talk to Graham about it. Anyway, she didn't have high hopes of a done deal.

Still, she couldn't help but wonder why Alec was at the hospital. Was he injured?

Did he need help?

Seeing herself worry about him again, she couldn't help but grumble about her own tenacity too. They'd promised to keep a distance, and still, she was concerned about him.

To Be Yours Again By Taylor Chapter 740-We're Afraid Rowena and her family spent the next three days utterly delighted about having seized Graham's weakness. They chatted excitedly about Graham giving up his plot to take them down and what to do with him afterward.

But on the fourth day, they realized neither the Walters nor the Windsors had stopped their battle plans. In fact, it was only getting more frequent and hostile.

The Glasses were losing several important business projects day by day while their stocks plummeted by the second. The worst thing was, none of the other Ten Elites were stepping in to help.

Only then did the Glasses truly fear for their necks and sought out the Britts for aid.

The Britts ended up merely sending their son, Brandon, as a representative.

"Brandon, what did Mr. Britt say? Will you help us?" Randy hurriedly asked. His relationship with Brandon had been decent all this time, especially when Brandon pursued Jolene.

Still, after the fiasco Jolene started, none of the Britts ever looked at the Glasses with respect again. Right now, Randy could only pretend like nothing had happened.

Brandon faked an apologetic tone, "It's not that we don't want to help, Randy.

But we're afraid."

"Afraid?" Randy frowned.

"Yeah. Both the Walters and Windsors threaten to come for us next if we help you guys. We can't risk our necks like that," Brandon sighed, appearing dejected.

"They can't be serious, right? It's not like they can actually do something to you?" Randy grumbled.

Brandon didn't respond, though he really wanted to retort with, 'And how do you know they won't?" They had already moved against the Glasses, whom the Britts ranked underneath.

Brandon's silence had said it all to Randy, who swung a fist angrily. "Can't you see that our family depends on one another, Brandon? If the Glasses fall, who's going to stop them from coming for your family next?"

Displeased with his attitude, Brandon snapped, "If it weren't for your family pissing off both the Walters and Windsors, this would never have happened, and our families would still be living peacefully with one another. This is your family's own fault and no one else's."

Truly, Randy didn't understand why the Walters and Windsors were attacking them. They hadn't upset those two too much all these years, had they?

"Honestly, I feel like what's happening to your family these days has everything to do with Jenny Walter," Brandon said casually after a moment's pause.

"What do you mean?"

"Think about it. Has the Walters ever done something like this before she returned?"

Randy shook his head.

"Now, who else could make the Walters work together with the Windsors except for her?" Brandon continued.

Though Jolene was now engaged to James, they both knew there was no way James would be attacking the Glasses for Jolene's benefit. Jolene wouldn't make a move against her mother's family either.

So it could only be Jenny who started all this. Only she had the ambition and capacity to make it happen.

The circuits connected in Randy's mind, and he immediately jumped to attention.

It was all because of Jenny! Everyone knew she disliked Rowena. All she had to do to keep Rowena in check was to take down her major support- the Glasses.

That was it! Randy thought excitedly to himself.

That would be the first time in many years that Randy displayed such a level of intelligence.
