Unless the military governors unite, any individual rebellion would likely be swiftly crushed by the rest.
Beyond the two prospects of Method A, there exists Method B. This occurs when Morgana’s appointed successor lacks the ability to command the entire Warriors Den or fails to instill fear in the governors of the Military Governor’s Mansion. This predicament also gives rise to two possibilities B1, where one individual from the Military Governor’s Mansion is eliminated to effectuate unification, or B2, where the Military Governor’s Mansion decisively severs ties with the Warriors Den.
In this latter case, it matters little who becomes the British Lord, all aspects of the territory would reset to square one, reducing the British Lord’s authority to mere hollow words. Among the possibilities of A1, A2, B1 and B2. While A1, which remains unchanged, has only a 25% probability, leaving a distressing 75% likelihood of great uncertainty looming over everyone.
As a result, in the near future, the likelihood of significant change stands at 75%. In preparation for this shift, the Military Governor’s Mansion is quietly engaging in its own clandestine maneuvers, with internal corruption being the most straightforward approach. Their aim is to amass a considerable fortune for their families over the next century, ensuring that regardless of what the future holds, they will be equipped to handle it. Should they be forced to relinquish control of the military governor’s mansion, their wealth can still guarantee a comfortable life.
