Chapter 4228 – The Importance of Timing (Part 1)
Lith had also accounted for the possibility that a student might fail their Dimensional Magic course. He linked the steps required to master Void Magic in a way that didn’t skip concepts students were supposed to learn in other specializations.
That made Void Magic easier for beginners—and painfully dull for experienced mages. Still, Vastor and Marth read every line of the textbook, searching for flaws or explanations that might confuse someone less skilled than them.
“The worst part is that we can’t teach Void Magic if we don’t fully understand it ourselves—let alone grade the students’ spells,” Marth grumbled. “By the way, do you think we need a Void Magic professor?”
“Most likely.” Vastor snorted. “Pick anyone but me. I’m already overloaded. Better yet—hire someone new.”
“Very funny,” Marth said. “Tier-five Void Magic was just introduced to the academies. How the hell am I supposed to find a qualified teacher when no one outside the six great academies even knows it exists?”
“You could drag Lith here,” Vastor shrugged. “Or Solus. Or both.”
