“Are you alright, Solus?” Loma extended a tendril of spores, trying to heal her with Invigoration, but Solus flinched back as if it were a live wire.

“I’m fine, thank you. Really.” She gave a deep bow, hoping the orange Horde wouldn’t take her reaction as disrespect.

I’m sorry. I can’t risk you noticing my mana core is cracked—or that my energy signature matches Lith’s.

“Are you sure?” Loma asked. “You look… rough.”

“Nothing a warm bath and a few breaths of Invigoration can’t fix.” Solus forced a nervous smile.
