“Come on, have some of this too!” Sally smiled, placing a fish filet on Frank’s plate. “I was so envious of the rich while I was in school, so I made sure to enjoy every delicacy I know of after I got rich too.” “And guess what? I don’t get sick of it no matter how much I eat. Everyone laughed at me for being poor for too long it’s so embarrassing!”
“You should eat what you can, whether you’re rich or poor,” Frank said. “It’s never wrong to respect food.”
“Well said. Cheers!”
As they toasted over a glass of special-grade Romanee-Conti, Sally sighed. “I don’t know if it’s a skill issue or something, but does red wine have to breathe for hours before? That’s just too much time.” Frank lost all patience for small talk right then and demanded, “Why did you bring me here?”
“Just treating you to a nice meal!” Sally replied without hesitation.
As Frank glowered, she said, “Calm down! I’ll tell you what you’ll be doing once we eat!”
Just as finished, someone knocked on the door, and a middle-aged man with a tailored Givenchy suit entered with wine glasses.
