“Mr. Chand?” Donnie asked. “Allow me to apologize to your friend over what happened earlier, but could you send him over again? My daughter’s condition is only exacerbating. If you feel no sympathy for me, at least feel for her-let’s try to be reasonable!” Jason was about to refuse but soon saw Frank shaking his head.
He had been annoyed that Donnie chased him out for no reason, but he was right about being reasonable and his daughter’s health.
