Stefanie did not expect that Hogan was actually interested in the charity dinner, and without any hesitation, she said with a smile, “If Uncle Hogan is interested, come with us tonight.”
Hogan nodded and said with a smile, “Okay, it won’t cause trouble to Miss Sun, will it?”
Stefanie Sun shook her head and said, “How could that be? They invited me to be a guest, so they have to give face.”
Hogan sighed, “That’s good… To tell the truth, the last time I attended a charity dinner was when I was on Hong Kong Island more than 20 or 30 years ago. Since I came to the United States, I have never participated in such an occasion. Today is just in time to see the world.”
