Zara was in a good mood when she heard her mother’s words. She took her mother’s arm and said with excitement, “Mom, my Benefactor called grandpa in front of me today and said on the phone that he was going to find him and settle accounts with him. He really scared grandpa…”
“Really?” Deana couldn’t help asking: “Charlie is really going to find your grandfather to settle the accounts?”
“Actually no, that’s just what he said.” Zara explained: “Benefactor feels that going to my grandfather to settle the accounts now has no practical benefit to him. Instead, it would just make my uncles, aunts, and the Wade family benefit instead.”
“Yes.” Deana agreed: “There are so many people in the Banks Family that would benefit more than Charlie. I even look forward to your grandfather’s demise. If Charlie really does anything to him, the other Banks Family members will celebrate together as it’s what they are dreaming for!”
Zara smiled, “So Benefactor said that he just called to frighten him. So then grandpa called me to ask for my help. Just after Benefactor hung up the phone, grandpa called me. It was really amazing.”
Deana nodded and laughed softly: “This is really smart. Not that Charlie is a psychic, but Charlie simply blocked all other roads, leaving you as his only exit. It is like digging a canal by a lake where the water only has one path to flow.”
After that, Deana said again: “Charlie is helping you again. Your grandfather is so threatened by him, I am afraid that he can only ask you to help save his life, and he will not dare to think badly about you in the future.”
