“Goodbye, Fluffy. Goodbye, Garrik. I’ll miss you both. See you in six months,” Nok said, pulling the two youths into a hug.
“I’ll miss you too, Nok,” Garrik replied. “You’ve been a great friend—and a great steed.”
“I won’t,” Fluffy shot back. “Yeah, I was rude to your mom, but that doesn’t mean I deserved to get chased and beaten up every single day for five months!”
