“It’s not Mr. Kane, but someone he designated,” Aldor explained.

The man chuckled lightly, “To my knowledge, Mr. Kane has never officially appointed someone to lead in his absence. It’s odd that this is only being brought up now, especially since he’s been missing for quite a while. Are you sure he designated this individual, or was it your choice, Aldor?”

Aldor glanced at the man, his expression composed, “Mr. Kane is accustomed to being prepared for any situation. If he took the step to create a will, it’s reasonable to assume he would also consider appointing a representative. He chose the current acting representative through a legally binding contract overseen by a trusted lawyer. In his absence, they are authorized to attend crucial company meetings on his behalf. Any decisions made by them directly represent Mr. Kane’s intentions. Do you have a problem with that, Mr. Walker?”
