I’m leaving for a business trip to Dominingon tomorrow, and I’ll probably be gone for about a week. Just make sure the banquet is scheduled a little later so I don’t miss it.”
“This is a huge milestone. We’ll definitely be there to support you.”
Now that Titus had officially become the head of the Labbe family, he would naturally host a banquet to welcome Havenmill’s business leaders and prominent figures.
His relatives and friends would all attend to show their support and let everyone know that he wasn’t alone. He had plenty of powerful people standing behind him.
“We haven’t decided on a date yet,” Titus replied. “Don’t worry—it won’t conflict with your schedule. You said you’d be back soon, so why are you heading out on another week-long business trip? Are things that busy over there?”
Sonny sighed. “I’m managing so many businesses that I’m busy every single day. I’m always leaving early and getting home late. I was exhausted tonight, so I turned down a social event. My dad invited me over for dinner, so I came straight here after work. I’m in the elevator now.”
