Titus turned around sharply and glared at her.
Jennifer stopped as well, keeping a two-meter distance. Her posture was respectful, her expression calm, but her dark eyes were unwavering.
Even under Titus’s glare, she didn’t retreat.

I am surprised I have stayed here this long. Time to go. The book isn’t interesting anymore, the 2 pages or no pages a day is costing us a lot over the amount of time we have been fed the dripping of what has become just garbage. This was a good book when it started but it has now just been page filler. I don’t think it is Baxter’s fault although he does control it sometimes If a day is missed, it is never caught up. I am cancelling right after I post this. I will find something else to read.

Why don’t you select the lifetime option if it is still being offered— that’s what I did —it’s far less costly in the long run and you have a choice of books to choose from. Forget about paying monthly it’s not worth it at the slowwww speed of the chapters being completed.
