Chapter 4682
Sonny was Hank’s only child—and the Brown family’s only grandson.
Only when all other options ran out did his grandparents finally start valuing him. They no longer dared to make him serve his cousins like they used to.
Aunt Chelsea still grumbled now and then, but every time the older Browns heard her, they’d scold her into silence.
These days, Sonny barely interacted with his aunt’s three kids. The two older ones were more than ten years his senior and now adults. They hadn’t made it into university and were attending junior college. Their job prospects weren’t great.
Aunt Chelsea was now hoping Sonny would put in a good word for them with Duncan—maybe help them land positions in the Lewis Corporation. Or even better, place them in the York Corporation where there’d be better pay and promotions. Anything to secure their future.
But Sonny never agreed.
When he occasionally ran into his cousins, the eldest would apologize and act friendly, calling him “cousin” and pretending they were close.

Maybe when everyone gets together the story will get better because this is the first time we have had Alice old players back together and maybe River & Romina will come and maybe Trenton will get permission to bring Nancy. Could get real interesting. Maybe we will get an engagement and a wedding at the New Yesr. Thanks for the chapters Happy reading

I’m still unclear as to how they always say that Sonny is the Browns only grandson when their daughter has boys. Am I missing something?
