It was a… dragon.

No—something older than any dragon. More ancient. More primal.

Its body resembled a serpent’s, but it had no scales. Instead, it was covered in smooth, dark sapphire hide. Beneath that surface, a deep red glow pulsed and flowed like molten fire beneath the earth.

Its head bore seven eyes.

Two were massive and gold, while five smaller ones lined either side of its head, each shining with a different color.
