Chapter 16: Aurora’s Resolve
“I don’t care about the budget. Marketing is our top priority. Do you understand what I’m saying?” Olivia asked, her gaze falling on each member of her team, including the new ones she stole.

“Yes!” Her team members chorused.

Olivia sat back down on her chair and continued, “I want—.” But she hadn’t even finished one sentence when the door burst open. Immediately, all heads turned towards the direction. Standing at the door was the furious Aurora.

As soon as Olivia saw, she rolled her eyes, exhaling deeply. “You know, you have to exercise some manners, Sister. What are you trying to prove by barging into my office and disrupting an important meeting?”

Aurora marched into her office without a care in the world. Ignoring her, she looked straight at the other sitting in the office, her gaze, taking in the two people that left from her team.

“Who said you can switch teams without consulting me?” She interrogated.

Those two cowered, not daring to meet her gaze. There was no doubt they were guilty of their actions.
