Ciara finally finished with what she was doing, and chilled for a while. She then received a call from an unregistered number, she was quite hesitant to take the call. She wasn’t sure who it was from, could it be the Journalists or paparazzi who wants to confirm her identity or is it the crazy netizens who were cursing her the previous day.

Though she was still hesitant about taking the call, she was curious to know who the person was and ended up answering her phone.

“Hello.”

“CiCi my child it’s your uncle, Annie’s dad… You know we have never spent time together, how about we meet at a restaurant of your choice around lunch time. OK?.”

Ciara was surprised and shocked at the same time, although they were related she has never had lunch and was not familiar with her supposed uncle. Yes they have met during family gatherings and the man was always polite and never treated her badly but she just wasn’t close to him and felt that distant. She only knew his daughter only because grandma used to bring the both of them when going out to play and also for martial arts training. Other than Annie, she treated that family like everyone else in the city. Respected him as a mayor.

Since she didn’t have anything to do on that they, she decided to accept the invite, so she chose a restaurant where they’ll be meeting at and set the exact time for their meeting and just like that the lunch date was set.
