Chapter 136

As her Greece vacation had come to an end, Boity and Alexandra both packed their things and got ready to head over to the airport and catch their flight back home.

One thing Boity noticed, was how Alex was now behaving. He was much quieter and more aloof than what she knows him to be, but just chose to look pass it as she thought he was probably tired from all the work and traveling that they did through out their holiday.

When they landed, instead of taking her back home, Alex told her that there will be a separate car for her and then walked towards his driver who took him back home to his wife and kids.

Boity was left with no choice but to follow the man she didn’t know and got in to his car, who then drove her to her apartment. It was a long journey to her apartment complex, and she spent the entire ride looking outside the window, staring at the gloomy weather and the rain that was pouring from the outside.

When she got home she took a well needed shower and then when she was done, she thought it was necessary for her to let Alex know that she had gotten home safely.

To her surprise, Alexandra’s phone was off. She then decided to just take a nap, maybe Alex was also sleeping and that could be the reason why his phone was off. Who knows maybe by the time she tries him again after her nap, she would be able to reach him. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case at all for her as when she woke up hours later , she still could not get hold of her man. With no one to call, or and ask his whereabouts from and since she didn’t know his primary address, Boity decided to just pass time by scrolling through social media.
