The old man smiled and looked at her one more time before saying,

” You better keep your word, I don’t want history to repeat itself. Wilson is already gone, but now we are faced with another one like him and your parents ain’t aware of what she is capable of, so for now you only have your husband and your own wisdom and vigilance to protect you.”

” You do know that stressing isn’t good for your health right? You don’t need to worry, really. Liam is more than capable of making sure that we are safe.”
