Chapter 41: Just one night
Beau.

I am picking fights with him because of my confusion. I didn’t mean to act so stupidly in front of him because I didn’t want to accuse him of anything, he didn’t do. I don’t know the reason why he went into Rex’s room but I am so bothered about it.

I watch him walk out of my room and sigh out of frustration. I don’t want some alone time to drink, I don’t want to be apart from him. I just wished he’d talk to me and tell me the truth. He didn’t actually go outside for fresh air. He went into my brother’s room.

Why?

I stand up and go out of the room until I am in front of Rex’s room. He opens the door before I get a chance to knock and his expression is worried, almost like he knew I would be coming “What’s wrong,” he asks. I roll my eyes because he thinks I am stupid, I know Lanis came over.

Stop acting stupid.

I don’t realize I sent that as a mind link until he takes a step back in fear “I can explain,” he tells me terrified that I will somehow hurt him.
