“What’s going on? What time is it? Why is the store closed so early? This unprofessionalism is outrageous!”

“That’s right. Old men like us came all the way to buy some pills to try, but they’re closed for the day. Are they serious about doing business?”

They had weathered a fair bit of storm, so everyone treated them with respect. They had come in person but were greeted with closed doors, so they were not happy about it.

More importantly, they thought they had finally found a cure for their old ailments. However, since they could not buy a pill, that was not going to happen.

Philip and the others heard the commotion. and felt exasperated by their impatience. Philip told Lyle to handle them. He was the youngest and usually spoke with tact, so he should handle this group of old men quite well.

Lyle nodded and walked out with disdain.

“Gentlemen, please stop knocking on the door. We’re closed for the day!” Lyle said helplessly.
