In the early morning hours in Australia, Charlie, Don Albert, and Isaac Cameron arrived at Melbourne Airport.

Melbourne’s time was two hours ahead of China, meaning it was still night in China. Concerned not to disturb Claire’s sleep, Charlie opted not to send her a message.

Isaac Cameron had already coordinated with the staff of the local Shangri-La Hotel to arrange for a Cadillac SUV to pick them up.

Once they retrieved the vehicle, Charlie asked Isaac, who had an international driver’s license, to drive them directly to the hospital where Stephen Thompson was located.

During the drive, Charlie inquired, “Isaac, are you certain that Stephen Thompson is still at that hospital?”

Isaac Cameron responded cautiously, “Young Master, the contact I arranged confirmed three hours ago that he had checked in and confirmed that Stephen Thompson is still there.”

“Alright,” Charlie nodded, letting out a sigh. “After we speak with Stephen Thompson, I’ll treat his injuries, and we’ll bring him back to Shangri-La. Once I’ve asked him a few questions, we can settle the score with those young troublemakers.”
