Claire had known Loreen for many years, and knew somewhat about her family, and when she heard that she was bringing her cousin along, she asked curiously, “Loreen, the cousin you’re talking about can’t be Sam, right?”
Jorin Thomas smiled, “That’s him.”
“Huh?” Claire remembered the image of that kid in her mind at once and asked in surprise, “What is your cousin doing in Aurous Hills?”
Loreen said, “He, ah, has been in Eastcliff for a long time and is always causing trouble, so he came to Aurous Hills to hone his skills for a while.”
Claire was surprised and asked, “Hone?
How do you hone it?”
Loreen laughed, “Living a miserable life, and now he’s renting a place to live in the middle of the city village, the conditions aren’t just hard.”
