I don’t have time to conjure another blast of Dread Flames. I need a different approach, the Tiamat thought.

Lith raised his left hand and cast the Tier Five Spirit spell Primordial Roar. In his right hand he formed another Tier Five spell—Final Eclipse—while a torrent of Void Flames erupted from his mouth.

The black fire struck first, slamming into the same spot the Dread Flames had hit.

The Black Throne shuddered in irritation and raised a powerful earth barrier that absorbed the shockwave from Primordial Roar. At the same time, a simple darkness-sealing array embedded in the tower’s power core attempted to extinguish Final Eclipse.

At least, it tried.

Lith activated Void Magic at the same instant the Black Throne triggered the formation, transforming Final Eclipse into Frozen Crescent. The pillar of frozen light crashed into the cursed tower’s wall, once again testing its structural integrity.

Worse still, it struck the same mana focal point already weakened by the earlier attacks.
