She stood up and walked away, deliberately giving Serenity privacy.

I have come to realize that the writer doesn’t seem to enjoy weddings. If my memory serves me right, he or she tends to rush through them in this story. We have never been given proper details about any wedding, yet we are overwhelmed with extensive descriptions of dating instead.
