āThat wonāt do,ā Alex insisted, laughing. āYouāve helped me so much. If I donāt treat you to a few meals, Iāll feel like I owe you big time.ā
Aitana joked, āThen when your renovations are done, treat Master Tangy and his team to a mealāand invite me too. You donāt have to treat me separately. Usually, when people renovate, they treat the workers to a meal on the first day, maybe again midway, and once more when the projectās complete.ā
That was exactly what she had done herself.
Alex nodded. āOf course. Alright, Aitana, go have your breakfast. Iād better head back and cook for Grandma.ā
By now, the old lady was probably done with her morning martial arts practice.
Aitana nodded, waved goodbye, and turned toward the clinic. Alex waited until she went inside before leaving.
Ten minutes later, he was back home. After changing clothes, he tied on an apron and began making breakfast.

Thank you for a few more chapters and the mention of River & Rominaās marriage didnāt go unnoticed but thatās what it was a mention. This storyline would be more interesting if you would cut to the chase and make Aitana and Alex a couple they could have a wedding in the summer when everyone comes home again since Rowan & River will marry at the New Year when the family is home. It will be interesting to see how grandma gets Aitana to be her personal physician, that should seal the deal.

They believed Carrie was dead but then she was seen working in a coffee shop or something like that. It had been so long ago I almost forgot and I have forgotten who it was that ran into her, I believe it was her brother now that you have shaken my memory, thatās who it was Trenton has finished school and is working and is seeing someone that had come to the town Trenton is working in and Carrie is working in this coffee shop or restaurant and their as another girl also involved in Trentonās triangle but does that help you out as to where we left off as far as I can remember.
