Married At First Sight Chapter 4922
Chapter 4922
Yehua continued quietly, her tone calm but cutting.
âAnd when theyâre hospitalized, itâs usâyour employeesâwho have to help bring them food. Arenât you exhausted, boss? Donât you get frustrated? I think you are, but you just wonât admit it.â
She gave him a knowing look. âYou say you hate it when I help my family, but youâre no different. You canât resist helping yours either. You keep giving in because deep down, you like being seen as capableâthe successful son who makes his parents proud.â
She hesitated, then added softly, âDonât be angry, boss. You and I⊠weâre the same kind of people. Thatâs why we understand each other. Dr. Pollockâs family is wealthy, educated, and self-sufficient. She doesnât need to help anyone. She canât relate to people like us, who have entire families depending on us.â
âShe might tolerate it once or twice,â Yehua went on, âbut not forever. Compatibility matters in loveâitâs not just a clichĂ©. You and Dr. Pollock are from different worlds. Even if you forced it, it wouldnât last. A forced melon isnât sweet.â
Her words were gentle, but they hit hard. âYou think you love her, but part of it is pride. You want to marry Dr. Pollock so your relatives will admire you even more. You imagine her helping you arrange better doctors for your hometown folks, letting your parents brag about how capable their son is.â
She sighed. âYou tell me my brothers arenât my responsibility. Fine, they arenât. But are your siblings yours? Havenât you been supporting them for years? You send money to your parents and help your brothers and sisters every month. You use nearly a third of your clinicâs income to subsidize them.â

Enough is enough. This is not the Joaquin tale. Do you not hear, you have dragged this on long enough. What does it take for you to move on.Thank you

Iâm not sure if you realize but Baxter is not the author -he only translates what the author writes so the story has nothing to do with him. I donât like it anymore than you do, they spend wayyy too much time in all these little side stories that are so boring and wordy but you donât have to continue to subscribe to it if you donât like it.

It’s rude to criticize Baxter for what the author writes or doesn’t write as quickly as some may like. I’ve followed this story since the beginning and Baxter is the very best translator so far. If you can’t respect the work he does for us, please leave. Really. The incessant whining is very unbecoming and It’s not like this great service costs much money. What would be appropriate would be gratitude and kind words for Baxter.
