After Duncan scared Jessica away, he looked at the closed door and pulled out his phone to call Liberty.
It did not take long for Liberty to accept the call.
“Why aren’t you open today, Liberty?”
Duncan came off a bit harsh.
“Seren and I are off to take care of some stuff in our hometown. I’m closed for the day to resolve the ownership issue with our parents‘ home today. What’s the matter?”
Duncan asked, “Oh. Is it going to be resolved today? Do you need to go to court?”
He could give a hand if Liberty wanted to take the Hunt family to court.
