Chapter 61
“What?” Zane questioned with furrowed eyebrows as he stared at Raymond and some other Alpha’s.

“It’s true, the new moon pack was attacked last night and they barely made it out alive. Alpha Nehemiah is currently in a coma” Zane couldn’t believe what he was hearing. He had been too busy with Kiara that he had forgotten about what was happening to wolves around the world and he was sure Daniel didn’t want to disturb him and was trying to solve the problem on his own.

“Are there any suspects?” He questioned and Alpha Raymond sighed.

“What we know is that they’re not wolves and they have somehow devised a weapon and drug that kills werewolves within seconds. It’s very deadly and we need to do something about it immediately. Small packs are getting attacked day by day and the lock down doesn’t seem to be doing anything” Zane ran his fingers through his hair with a sigh. Goddess knew this wasn’t something he needed right now.

“Are there any survivors from the new moon pack?” He questioned as he turned to the other pack Alphas.

“They’re all getting treated as we speak while some are in a coma just like their Alpha but most of them… they’re dead. There’s something that we noticed, the dead wolves all seemed to be missing their hearts and according to a witness, the attackers took the bloods of most of the werewolves with a syringe” Zane furrowed his eyebrows. That sounded…. Off.

“That sounds like they’re trying to make some kind of species” He murmured then turned back to Alpha Benjamin.
