Gavin got up from the couch and approached her. Now he was sure whatever he had been thinking and seeing was true.

Gwen was too naïve to think, he didn’t see her chatting with Karl that day, but he ignored it, thinking he was overthinking. But what he saw a while ago made him ponder deep into his thoughts.

There was something brewing between them, and he wanted Gwen to answer him.

Gwen watched Gavin stop in front of her. How he looked at her made her gulp, and she broke her frozen state and avoided meeting his gaze.

“W-what are you talking about, Gavin? There is n-nothing going between us” she tried to walk past him but was stopped by Gavin.

“Oh, come on, it’s evident with the way you behaved earlier” Gwen snapped her head in shock and saw Gavin arch his brow.

“I saw you both being all lovey-dovey inside his car. You can’t just brush it off, Gwen. Just accept you have completely whipped” the coldness in his eyes disappeared, and the playful Gavin was back again.
